A collaboration between the popular Sakae places Mameya and Kuriya Norinori, a new healthy dining spot: Mameya Norinori.
From Mameya, original dishes using healthy ingredients like tofu and soy beans, choice seasonal vegetables and the freshest seafood sent directly from fishing ports on the Sea of Japan coast, along with a selection of shochu and regional sake; from Kuriya Norinori the goodness of an abundance of natural produce.
