Changing seasons bring changing flavours: Japanese cuisine has always emphasised seasonal products, and perhaps tempura is the style where you can best appreciate the distinctive taste of ingredients. That's why at Kusunoki tempura is the central feature of our Japanese set meals.
Our policy is not to impose a flavour on the ingredients, but to bring out their own flavour, so you can enjoy the natural delicious taste. At Kusunoki, while respecting and continuing traditional ways, we are also always looking for new ingredients and techniques, for our customers' greater enjoyment.
