In a detached building which preserves the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, you can relax in our private rooms.
The most strictly organically grown rice is carefully cooked in earthen pots. Chicken is from only domestic free-range traditional pedigree birds. Tofu is freshly made here every morning from gfukuyutakah domestically produced soybeans.
We also have local sake and shochu to match the origin of our ingredients and go perfectly with the food, along with a selected wine list to suit every taste.
