The freshest seafood, including 'sea caught' Fugu (blow fish), Suppon (soft-shelled turtle) and famous Japanese beef from Hida grilled, all at reasonable prices. For over 30 years Aikyo's chefs have been delivering delicious seasonal dishes from carefully sourced local ingredients. Beautiful Japanese cuisine deserves the best selection of local sake, including Shochu, sake from around Japan, and unique atsukan (hot sake) with dried blow fish fins.
